Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the U.S.
- Insured Standard Shipping: Orders under $99.99 are shipped with insured shipping for a flat rate of $6.99.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us at support@shopaviva.net. Orders with insured shipping are covered and we’ll work to resolve any issues promptly.
